Acrylic resins road marking paint specially conceived for use on roads, sport courts, airports, cement flooring, industrial areas, sports fields, bitumen or concrete parking lots, etc. Its outstanding adhesion and elasticity ensure optimum results also on steel surfaces. Highly durable with great friction resistance (no black marks left by car tires) even in high temperatures. Unaltered brightness in adverse weather conditions. Quick-drying allowing the surface to be used one hour after paint application. Add glass beads for night visibility or special sand for non-skid properties.

Preparation

Carefully prepare surface to obtain good results. Surface must be clean, dry and free from defective or non-cohesive material, dust, oils and salts.

Use

► Stir well before and during application.
► For application with a roller, thin with THINNER 135 by 5%. Thin by 10% for application with an airless spray gun. If you are using a marking machine, thinning is not required.
► Apply with a marking machine, a roller or a brush on small surfaces.
► Glass beads can be added in the paint before paint application. Otherwise, apply the paint and spread the glass beads over the film while still wet. In any case, the paint/glass beads ratio must be 7:3 w/w.
► Do not paint when ambient temperature is below 10°C, over 35°C and humidity over 80%.

Drying out - coverage

Drying times are dependent on ambient temperature and film thickness.

Touch dry: 10-30 minutes

Recoat: 2-4 hours.

Practical coverage: 1-5m²/lt depending on the thickness of each coat and the surface porosity.
